ye.
but now, the question is, if GW will let ppl "show off" or display their gear in town @ full release. thats the only thing i think would be a small missing content for this game.
you can only see player's armor, not weps.
reasons i think they didnt want to show weps in towns is (1)to cut the memory usage and lag, since there will be tons of ppl in towns (like any mmorpgs).
(2) gw wants this game to be based on skills and deter ppl from choosing "uber" looking ppl only.(which is a good concept)
now. how about cool looking shields (eternal shields,etc.). anyone got screens of them.

I rather have it the way it is, and produce less lag.

If Arena.Net really has a broad range of armors which look different but aren't better, that's just about perfect. You can still PvE for hours to look "T3h Pwn" but you don't need it for PvP

yes they do. Fellblade owns dragon sword by a serious margin, the only thing cooler than a fellblade is a Shadow Sword imo. Well maybe one of those eternal or storm things but I haven't seen them.

I have a question. Does each profetion provied different options of different weapons? Or do all of the profetions provied the same options?
If they are differnt. What does the Ranger provide. I am thinking of being a Ranger/Monk
I don't know because I didn't order the pre-order box.

all the professions provide the same weapons, but if your a warrior you get swordsmanship, hammer mastery, and axe mastery which make you more powerful with those weapons if you put attribute points into them, other professions such as ranger get markmanship which make them stronger with bows if they put attributes into them. Do you get what i mean?

Yes I do. I have another question. I have always wanted to use the bow. But I also like close quater combat.
Can you have a secondary weapon such as a sword or dagger?
And do you ever run out of arrows?

you can toggle from 4 weapon sets. (1 set can be your bow, others can be a shield/sword combo and so forth)
and arrows are unlimited.

You could be a Ranger/Warrior with Expertise, Marksmanship, and Swordsmanship or something like that. The only way to use a weapon properly is to pump whatever attribute it's related to. If you try and use an axe that requires axe mastery of 9 and have axe mastery of 0, it will do less than minimum damage. It will do like... 4... or something. I suggest you pick a weapon and stuck with it.
Oh, and Arrows are infinite. You don't buy them, craft them, or get different types.

So you can have 4 weapons with you at once. But it is best to put all of your attributes your gain into you MAIN weapon. Ok.
How do you get attributes?
